Quality Warranty

Toyota has a policy of warranty for spare parts and repairs. Toyota service center will guarantee the quality of 100% genuine Toyota parts standardized by Toyota service center and warrant all related services including another impact from the service for 1 year or 20,000 km whichever comes first.

Exclusion of Body and Paint Service Warranty

  • Impacts from general usage or improper cleaning.
  • Worn out parts from general usage and their replacement expenses such as wheel centering, type tuning, radiator fluid, lubricant, filter, wipers, fuses, lamps, spark plugs, belt and timing belt.
  • Modified vehicles or vehicles with special equipment which are used beyond the general design purpose such as racing, overweight, etc.
  • Damage from environment such as acid rain, chemical substances, salt, gum or natural disaster such as hailstone, rainstorm, lightning, flood, etc.
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse and vehicle misplacement.
  • Modification from unauthorized service center.
  • Damage from accident or scratch.
  • Expenses from phone charges, accommodation, rental fees, business opportunity losses.

Policy on Body and Paint Service Warranty

Toyota requires authorized body and paint service center to warrant all related services including another impact from the service for 12 months as follows:

  • Warranty on body paint for 1 year.
  • Warranty on parts for 1 year or 20,000 km whichever comes first.

Exclusion of Warranty

  1. Modification, installation or any changes made by unauthorized service centers.
  2. Parts are not genuine.
  3. Defect from transportation.
  4. Accident, misuse or improper storing.
  5. Impact of usage/clean.
  6. Expense from phone charge, accommodation, rental fee, business opportunity loss.
  7. Wear out parts from general usage and their replacement expenses such as wheel centering, type tuning, radiator fluid, lubricant, filter, wiper, fuse, lamp, spark plug, belt and timing belt.
  8. Some small modification or tooling on damaged part instead of part replacement.
