Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer
Office Location: 9th Floor, Royal Square Office Building, No 20 Samsenthai Road, Nong Duong Nue, Sikottabong District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage vehicle order and follow up delivery schedule of the units as necessary;
• Ensure on demand & Supply accuracy to avoid aging stock and loss sales opportunity;
• Effective stock management to ensure availability of units as well as avoid overdue stock aging;
• Support production meeting with regional production team;
• Assist in field operation management in line with the department goals;
• Build and manage positive relationships with dealers by driving sales initiatives and programs;
• Require frequent field visits to dealers and responsible for checking stocks as required;
• Design, organize and execute appropriate ATL and BTL activities to increase sales volume;
• Events, road show, sponsorships, trade promotion, and showroom activities;
• POSM and premiums gift management.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• University Degree/Diploma in Management/Marketing or related fields;
• Minimum 2 years experiences in commercial, or related fields;
• Experiences of preparing monthly operation reports and advise management for strategic views;
• Fluent communication and proper business writing in English; and
• Good knowledge of computing skills especially Microsoft Excel.
